Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

My hair got to a certain length where I made the decision to grow it until I had at least 10 inches to donate to lock of love. This is an organization that makes wigs for underpriveledged children with cancer as well as other diseases that cause them to lose their hair. That day came and the hair is now gone. It was a great experience. I took before and after pictures.

Kim, I love the hair, it looks so fun and funky. What did the boys think of it? That's great that you had enough to donate. You'll make someone very happy.

Hey Kim, would you and Mark be interested in a full day of fun? I've got a big race around vancouver planned for May 12th. If you're interested leave me a note on my blog and I'll get you some more info.

hi Kim, It's refreshing to know my kids are not the only ones who drive each other nuts, although I know that from my own childhood, lol.

the race is on May 12th, it's a whole day kind of thing. If that date works for you, let me know and I'll try to get you the info.

Also, I do sometimes email with Evelyn, but her email access right now is not very good. She's in Paupa NewGuina (I know I spelled it wrong), for a while she was in Asia and before that in England with school. She's doing well and seems to be her same old self. She's working in the area of AIDS. As I always suspected she's overseas making a difference.

Imagine my surprise while spending a lazy morning randomly checking out people's facebooks/myspaces when I manage to stumble upon you! I'm so happy to connect with you guys again. Much life has happened in between it all... lots to say. Your hair looks fabulous by the way. xx
